CLOSE COORDINATION WITH DAILY OPERATIONS
Working across all areas of the facility requires extensive coordination with Montpak's daily operations. Work planning and sequencing have been adapted to the site's logistical constraints to limit disruptions and enable employees to continue their activities efficiently.
This project demonstrates PREMIERE's agility in planning and coordinating work within an active facility, in close collaboration with the client and in line with its operational needs.
